hansgrohe taps add a touch of refinement to the entire bathroom:
Choose your favourite design language for your tap: angular, striking or curved and soft? Whatever style you opt for, your bathroom will look perfectly harmonious as the hansgrohe ranges can be tailored to all uses.
Explore your design options with FinishPlus too. Six different surface finishes add unique accents to the bathroom or create a monochrome, tranquil look.
We have developed intelligent technologies to match the different types of taps and make your experiences with water even more enjoyable – while also helping you to save water: the flow limitation provided by the EcoSmart technology reduces the water consumption to around 5 litres per minute. EcoSmart+ products can even consume as little as 4 litres per minute at 3 bar.
Basin taps fitted with CoolStart technology reduce your energy costs even further. How? When the handle is in the middle position, only the cold water runs. The hot water must be intentionally activated by turning the handle to the left. Less hot water also means less energy consumption.
AirPower enriches your water in the truest sense of the world. The air-enriched droplets are luxurious, light and soothing on the skin. QuickClean technology on the tap spout enables limescale and deposits to be easily rubbed off with a finger, keeping cleaning to a minimum.
When it comes to basin taps in particular, you will benefit from the hansgrohe ComfortZone, which creates more elbow room between the spout and the wash basin.
The premium hansgrohe products enable you to enjoy your bathroom for many years to come. Whether in Chrome, Matt Black or other metallic surface finishes, the taps are easy to look after and retain their beautiful look. Our bathroom guide on product care and maintenance offers you helpful tips on how to look after your bathroom taps on an everyday basis.
For you to enjoy optimum convenience at the wash basin, the tap and basin should be the perfect match from a functional perspective. The tap height (ComfortZone) plays an important role in this as the right height can minimise the risk of you being splashed. Our experts have tested multiple combinations of taps and basins, and help you make the right choice with hansgrohe ExcellentFit.
From a technical perspective, all hansgrohe basin taps fit on conventional wash basins as the holes for fitting the taps have been standardised.
Depending on your preference for exposed or concealed installation, you can conveniently control a single shower with a single lever shower tap. All users will find the lever handle wonderfully convenient to use. If renovating, exposed taps can simply be attached to existing connections. A shower thermostat offers additional convenience and reliably protects you against fluctuations in the water pipes.
If you only have one consumer (= one shower), this can be intuitively controlled using an exposed thermostatic mixer. For two consumers, you can opt for a hansgrohe Showerpipe (= exposed shower system) that combines two showers with a thermostatic mixer and can be easily attached to existing connections. With two or more consumers, a concealed shower thermostat is both attractive and beneficial.
With a thermostatic bath mixer, you can pre-set the temperature of the bath water to suit your preferences – and even activate a temperature lock, for example at 40 degrees Celsius. This kind of lock reliably protects you against unpleasantly hot water and even scalding yourself. The thermostatic bath mixer has a control unit that mixes the water and keeps the pre-set temperature stable in the event of pressure fluctuations. Bath mixers, on the other hand, don’t feature this kind of control unit. Here, you regulate the temperature manually, adjusting it to the originally set temperature.
