Do you want your shower to gently envelop your body or blissfully massage it? Are you looking for a boost of freshness in the morning or a soothing and relaxing experience in the evening? The hansgrohe spray laboratory works tirelessly to transform water into the perfect medium for you. Read on to discover which hansgrohe spray types you can choose.
When we shower, the water comes into contact with around 5,000 sensory cells per square centimetre of our skin! We feel the temperature, size and speed of every drop – and perceive this differently on our face to on our fingertips, shoulders or the back of our knees. We also have a sensitive perception of what we find enjoyable – and that differs from one person to the next. As a result, the hansgrohe spray laboratory is passionate about developing individual spray types that pamper everyone’s skin.
This is where our most valuable element is shaped into your personal wellness medium. After all, not all droplets of water are the same. The experts in the hansgrohe spray laboratory have developed a wide range of openings that release water from your shower in micro-fine or intense doses. All spray types with ‘Air’ in their name are enriched with air for an even plumper texture.
The number and arrangement of the openings on your shower head determine how many and which spray types you can enjoy. There are even spray types where the water moves in a circular motion, including the Whirl spray type, for example.
The researchers in our spray laboratory also focus on the splashback properties of water. Airily light droplets such as those of the spray type PowderRain or even somewhat plumper droplets like those of the spray type RainAir barely rebound from the skin. The water stays where it belongs and flows smoothly down your body. Take a look at our hansgrohe sound laboratory – we are not only working to optimise the texture of water but also its sound!
Using less water is easy – simply turn off the tap. The real challenge lies in using intelligent technology to create an extraordinary showering experience.
